Baladi Group is seeking a high-impact Senior Operations Manager – Restaurants to lead, scale, and elevate our growing restaurant division. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive performance, develop teams, and support business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee multi-unit restaurant operations at an executive level, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all locations.
