Riyadyat is a one-year initiative empowering Palestinian women entrepreneurs in Jerusalem and nearby areas through skills development, mentorship, and digital support. The project aims to strengthen women-led businesses, enhance economic participation, and foster inclusive growth across all sectors. Through tailored training and mentorship, Riyadyat will equip aspiring and existing women entrepreneurs with the tools to establish and expand sustainable MSMEs, improve their digital presence, and access wider markets. The project is implemented by Station J and the Business Incubator at Al-Quds University, under the Investment for Resilience Program (IPR IV), executed by the United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) and funded by the German Government through the KfW Development Bank.
