The **Logistics and Security Manager** at Terre des hommes (Tdh) will oversee logistics performance and security management for the delegation in Jerusalem. Responsibilities include developing and implementing logistics strategies, supervising logistics staff, ensuring compliance with security SOPs, and managing procurement, stock, fleet, and infrastructure. The role also involves coordinating with the Country Representative on security issues, supporting project logistics, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The manager will also be responsible for staff training, performance evaluation, and reporting.
