The Felm Center Finance Assistant will support the financial operations of the Center, including accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payment processing. Responsibilities include assisting with policy development, managing accounts, preparing payments, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. The role also involves coordinating with external partners, preparing financial reports, maintaining financial records, and overseeing payroll and insurance systems. The Finance Assistant will work closely with the management team to implement financial procedures and internal controls in alignment with Felm's guidelines. Fluency in Arabic, Hebrew, and English, along with proficiency in accounting software, is required.
