HEKS/EPER is looking for a Finance Admin Officer for its Jerusalem office to manage financial and administrative systems in accordance with organizational policies. The role involves tasks such as bookkeeping, supporting monthly and quarterly financial reports, preparing budgets, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with local laws. Additionally, the officer will support partner organizations with financial management, monitor partner financial reports, and conduct capacity-building training. The position requires a BA in Finance/Accounting or 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a senior finance role in an international INGO. The ideal candidate should have experience with budgeting, donor reporting, and financial monitoring, knowledge of Israeli/Palestinian tax and labor laws, and fluency in Arabic, English, and Hebrew. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, are essential. Frequent local and national travel will be required.
