The Welfare Association is seeking technical and financial proposals to provide engineering consultancy services for restoration projects in the Old City of Jerusalem, within the field of mechanics, in accordance with the terms of reference shown in the following link: Terms of Reference. Engineering and consulting offices and mechanical engineers who have experience in design and supervision of mechanical works within historic buildings are requested to submit their technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes to the offices of the Welfare Association located in Ramallah - Al-Masyoun - Al-Nahda Roundabout - Canada Street, by August 13, 2025 at the latest.
