Call for proposals: Endline Evaluation

7amleh is inviting proposals from qualified consultants or evaluation teams to conduct an external endline evaluation for its project “Enhancing Protection of Youth Digital Rights,” implemented across the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip. The evaluation will assess project performance, outcome-level change against baseline findings and indicators, and generate evidence-based learning to inform future programming in digital security and digital rights for Palestinian youth.
