Project Planning & Documentation Prepare comprehensive documentation for restoration and rehabilitation projects within the Qudsi Project framework. This includes conducting physical surveys, creating initial project drawings, detailed drawings, and reviewing interior designs. Prepare detailed architectural construction drawing (including plans, sections, and elevations) suitable for implementation and inclusion in the bidding documents. Technical assistance in drafting the scope of works and item descriptions to be added in the Bill of Quantities. Ensure strict adherence to all international heritage preservation laws and standards, as well as our Technical Office's regulations, throughout the preparation of all project documents and drawings. Adhere to project timelines and schedules during preparation phases.
