We are looking for a Finance Technical Officer to support NRC’s West Bank projects. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with NRC policies, guidelines, and donor requirements while providing high-quality financial support across all projects. The Finance Technical Officer will focus on accurate financial management, quality control of supporting documents, budget monitoring, reporting, and building the financial capacity of project staff. The position will also provide technical analysis, support implementing partners, and promote accountability and transparency in line with NRC’s policies and advocacy strategy.
