PURPOSE OF THE POSITION To provide support to the Human Resources Officer, the Operation Officer and technical staff on human resources procedures implementation, ensure that HR services for staff at the country office are consistent and in accordance with WHO's staff regulations and rules, policies and procedures. He/she provides analysis and monitors needs and requirements to develop and implement flexible solutions in the area of HR. The role supports continuity and quality of service across national and non-staff HR operations and ensures HR services are aligned with WHO’s organizational objectives and Country Cooperation Strategy.
