Residency Revocation
Since 1967, more than 14,500 Palestinians from Jerusalem have had their residency status revoked by Israel. This practice amounts to forcible transfer, which is classified as a war crime under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and constitutes a serious breach of the Fourth Geneva Convention.
