Pharmacy Coordinator Assistant

The Pharmacy Assistant will support the Pharmacy Coordinator in managing medical supplies and stocks across the Gaza and West Bank projects. Key duties include preparing medical local purchases (LP), managing local orders, overseeing stock reception, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical practices. The role also involves supporting technical operations in Nablus, including inventory management, order follow-ups, and claims. The position requires maintaining staff health stock inventories, managing EPREP kits, and assisting with the disposal of expired or damaged items. The role is based in Jerusalem with occasional travel to Nablus. A qualified pharmacist with at least 2 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, Arabic, and Hebrew, and strong organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of the Palestinian and Israeli supply systems is a plus.
