Enabel is seeking a Joint Financing Agreement (JFA) Expert based in Jerusalem to support the Belgian development cooperation in Palestine. The role involves working closely with the Palestinian Ministry of Education (MoEHE), education partners, and other Joint Financing Partners (JFPs). Key responsibilities include ensuring timely disbursements of Belgian contributions, monitoring JFA performance, advising on education sector planning, and contributing to sector dialogue and coordination. The JFA Expert will also support the Belgian position in education sector discussions, provide technical inputs, and assist in monitoring the Education Sector Strategic Plan (ESSP) 2025-2027. A Master's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in education, and fluency in English and Arabic are required. The contract is until June 2027, with a salary package based on experience.
