Meal Officer

The MEAL Officer at Terre des hommes (Tdh) in Palestine will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems across Tdh's projects in Jerusalem and the West Bank. The role involves supporting project design, conducting needs assessments, developing monitoring plans, ensuring data quality, conducting field visits, and promoting a culture of learning. The officer will also provide capacity-building support to project teams and partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 3 years of MEAL experience (preferably in a humanitarian context), strong knowledge of project management and children's rights, and proficiency in English and Arabic.
