The Rehabilitation Consultant will work with the Jerusalem Old Cities Revitalization Program (OCJRP) under a collaborative agreement between UN-Habitat and the Welfare Association (Taawon). Based in the Old City of Jerusalem, the consultant will manage project activities, ensure alignment with goals, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing Terms of Reference for consultancies, developing media materials, coordinating project documentation, reporting on progress, and monitoring activities related to the restoration and rehabilitation of historic buildings. Candidates should possess strong project management skills, fluency in English and Arabic, and relevant educational qualifications in architecture or civil engineering.
