BCITE is seeking a qualified and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and execute development, innovation, and entrepreneurship projects from initiation to completion. The role combines hands-on project implementation, operational management, and strategic outreach and communication, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, strong visibility, and measurable impact in line with institutional and donor priorities. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Initiation · Develop work plans, implementation schedules, and resource allocation frameworks · Contribute to budgeting, cost estimation, and financial planning · Participate in project design and propose improvements where needed 2. Project Implementation & Coordination · Lead day-to-day implementation to ensure timely, high-quality delivery · Assign tasks and ensure clarity on deliverables, milestones, and expectations · Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, partners, and service providers · Monitor progress, maintain workflow efficiency, and address implementation challenges with practical solutions
