DESCRIPTION:Al Ma’mal Foundation for Contemporary Art invites you to visit “The First Swedes in Jerusalem”\, an exhibition of rare photographs and archival texts tracing the history of the Swedish Colony\, founded in Jerusalem in the late 19th century. \nThrough 10 thematic posters\, the exhibition tells the story of the Swedes from Nås\, Dalarna\, who joined the American Colony\, bringing new skills in agriculture\, craftsmanship\, and trade.
