DESCRIPTION:Opening of the photography exhibition “Faces of Exile” \nTuesday\, February 4\, 2025 at 5 p.m. at the French Institute of Jerusalem – Chateaubriand \nThe French Institute of Jerusalem – Chateaubriand and the Decentralized Cooperation Network with Palestine invite you to the opening of the photography exhibition “Faces of Exile”. The result of collaborative work between 8 young French and Palestinian photographers\, this exhibition offers crossed portraits that restore migration journeys and questions the notion of uprooting. \nThis exhibition\, the result of a photography training course carried out in Corbeil-Essonnes in 2023\, is part of the cooperation between the city of Corbeil-Essonnes and the Al-Bustan Association of Silwan in East Jerusalem. This partnership is part of the “Jer’Est” program\, supported by the Decentralized Cooperation Network with Palestine. Bringing together 21 French communities\, this program has been supported by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs since 2019. \nFree event\, open to all.
